family. North Country Tax & Records is an outgrowth of the accounting
practice Karl started in 1984.

Hoskins, Staff Accountant. Wendy is the payroll specialist for the firm

NCTRS. Karl also has a personal assistant, Tammy Point; who he
describes as his "arms and legs" performing everyday duties which
are challenging to Karl as he contends with muscular dystrophy, a
disease he was diagnosed with over 20 years ago. Using the
philosophy of not being able to direct the wind but being able to adjust
one's sails has worked very well for Karl in his personal and
professional life.
